Order arrived damaged

In rare instances an order may arrived damaged. We sincerely apologize if your filters arrive to you damaged. If so please let us know and will get a replacement shipment out to you, the replacement shipment will be expedited so that you do not have the standard lead time.

If you receive a damaged order please hold on to the damaged filters for 15 business days as they may may send the carrier out to pick those up.

We do our very best to ensure all orders arrive in perfect condition, sometimes the best of our intentions fail us.
