How to Return An Item

To return an item:

We will provide you with return instructions, please contact us to receive an RA#. Returns must be post-marked within 60-Days from the date received and in re-sellable condition. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs on non-defective items.

Items over 150LB are governed by our Large Item Return Policy

International Orders are governed by our International Return Policy

Due to shipping regulations, items with gasoline engines cannot be returned after gasoline has been added to the tank. These items must be repaired at a authorized Factory Service Center.

Once we receive your return please allow a couple days for us to inspect and process your return.

A 15% re-stocking fee will be assessed in the following situations:
  • Non-defective merchandise returned in visibly used, or damaged condition
  • Orders "Refused" without authorization
  • Returns that were shipped back after 60 days of the date received (Note: unless authorized, late returns will be rejected)

Credit Card and PayPal purchases will be refunded to the account provided when you placed your order. Gift Cards cannot be returned, but may be exchanged. returns click here
