Our apologies if your order has not arrived to you yet via USPS. The post office requires that we allow 15 days from the shipment date before they will investigate a package. With that said we will do our very best to get a replacement item out to you quickly if needed. If your shipment does not arrive soon and we are close to this mark please let our customer advocates know and we will get this resolved.
The post office does a great job with millions of packages, on occasion a package may encounter a slight delay. Please be sure to let us know.
